International Shipping & Delivery - Outside of the United States
Due to the suspension and interruption of local postal services, we are unable to ship to the following destinations at this time: South Africa, India, Bahrain, Brunei, Chile, Peru, Oman, Philippines, UAE, Costa Rica and Kuwait.
Standard International Shipping - Shipping cost varies by destination. Average delivery time is 7-21 business days, however delays can occur in transit or holds at the local customs office, so it's possible to take up to 5 weeks for an order to be delivered. Standard International Delivery ships via DHL Smart Packet Plus. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the DHL international network with the fulfillment power of Rakuten Super Logistics.
DHL Globalmail Packet Plus picks up your order from our warehouse, sorts it, applies the necessary postage, and handles the order until it reaches your country. Once the order arrives in your country, it is handed off to your local post office for customs processing (if needed) and delivery. Often the final delivery is made by your national postal service, not DHL. The customes and post office may require the package to be picked up.

Returns & Replacements All purchases are considered final. However, if your order is received incomplete or not to your satisfaction, you can contact our customer service department for a return authorization. Once approved, you simply return the item back to the origin of shipment (exact address to be included with your RA).
